The staff at the hotel were very friendly and responsive, making us feel like VIPs during our stay. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was a relief compared to other hotels we've stayed in. The location of the hotel was also great, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach.
There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. The restaurant served a good breakfast, but the fruit options were lacking.

The service was excellent with responsive and friendly staff. Wi-Fi worked perfectly and exceeded our expectations. the comfortable stay was made even better with a very reasonable price.
The restaurant was a bit of a letdown with a limited selection of fruits for breakfast and food that gave us stomachache every day. Room service was not efficient as we had trouble communicating our orders to the restaurant staff.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP, with the staff considering and fulfilling any request I had. The hotel facilities were clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options. Additionally, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, surpassing the quality I experienced in another hotel in a different city.
Can't fault the property in any way, it exceeded my expectations!

There were some communication issues with the room service, leading to misunderstandings and incorrect orders.
